1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our landing page, joining the waitlist, or reserving a subdomain, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from submitting waitlist registrations or accessing our storefront services.

2. Subdomain & Handle Reservations

We allow waitlist subscribers to request specific subdomain allocations (e.g. showkase.in/your-brand). Subdomain reservations are subject to the following rules:

• Reservations are structured on a first-come, first-served sequence and are verified upon launch.
• You may not claim handles that violate registered trademarks, patents, copyright laws, or existing brands of which you are not the rightful owner.
• Showkase reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, modify, or revoke any reserved subdomain or handle if it is deemed misleading, offensive, or infringing.

3. The Catalog Business Model

It is critical that users understand the structural scope of the Showkase platform:

• Showkase provides digital showcase storefront catalogs. We are not an online marketplace, payment gateway, checkout processor, or legal mediator.
• Showkase does not process payments or collect commissions. All commercial sales, delivery arrangements, and transactions occur off-platform directly via third-party messaging apps (such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram) chosen by the business.
• Showkase is not responsible, legally or financially, for any sales, agreements, shipping disputes, customer refund claims, or product quality issues that occur as a result of off-platform negotiations.

4. Prohibited Content

As a storefront owner, you agree not to list or showcase products/services that:

• Are illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or require localized professional licenses you do not hold.
• Depict pornography, promote hate speech, incite violence, or display harassment.
• Contain viruses, trojan scripts, phishing links, or malware.
• Misrepresent your identity, brand ownership, or product features.

5. Limitation of Liability

During this pre-launch beta phase, Showkase is provided "as is" and "as available." We offer no warranties, express or implied, regarding server uptime, feature functionality, data persistence, or marketing outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Showkase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the reservation of handles, platform downtime, or external transactional disputes.

6. Termination & Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon being posted on this route. Continued access to the waitlist registry or subdomain services indicates your agreement to the modified terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions must be initiated in courts located in Copenhagen, Denmark.
